Ambtenaar Jacques Stekelenburg krijgt de taak om het gezin te begeleiden en ervoor te zorgen dat de familie zich aanpast aan hun nieuwe omgeving.<br /> <br /> De komst van de Flodders zorgt echter al snel voor onrust in de buurt. Hun asociale gedrag, luidruchtige feesten en conflicten met de buren zorgen ervoor dat de situatie snel escaleert.
